In Season 2 Episode 18 Paul shows us how to make his favourite Smoked Salmon Pasta dish. Minimal ingredients and fast to cook.
PAUL’S SMOKED SALMON PASTA
1 Pkt Smoked Salmon
I Lemon
Bunch of Dill
Parmesan Cheese
Tin of Carnation Milk
Roughly chopped Smoked Salmon, add to pan. Squeeze in the juice of a lemon. Allow to warm though. Add in tin of carnation milk, let it slightly reduce and warm through. Season with salt and pepper, add chopped dill and some parson cheese and toss through with your favourite pasta.
