CRUNCHY NUT BAKED FISH

Ranger Nick joined us again to cook up his Crunchy Nut Baked Fish on the camp oven and it didn’t disappoint.

Crunchy Nut Baked Fish:

Ingredients

1 Fish (filleted)

1 Egg (beaten)

½ Cup cornflour

1 Cup crunchy nut cornflakes

 

Method

In three shallow bowls, place crunchy nut cornflakes, beaten egg and flour.

Dip and evenly coat your fish pieces with flour, then egg, then the crunchy nut cornflakes.

Lay tin foil onto trivet in bottom of the camp oven and lay your coated fish pieces onto the foil, put the lid on and allow to bake for 20-30 min.

It’s simple and tasty.
